Requirements

• Exhibit initiative in the absence of supervision
• Have a positive attitude and show professionalism in communications
• Experience working with older adults, confident managing multiple participants at a time, and the ability to create a fun environment
• Greet participants and provide a high level of customer service
• Responsible for the preparation of lessons plans, instructing, and evaluating class participants
• Lead group exercise for participants 50 and over with a maximum number of 25 participants
• Arrive on time and prepare needed equipment
• Track attendance and communicate program updates to participants
• Respond quickly to all emergencies and administer first aid as needed
