Requirements

• Must enjoy and knowledge of nature and the outdoors and a strong desire to help young children learn about the world and the environment.
• Energetic and comfortable spending extended periods of time outdoors, in all seasons and in all kinds of safe weather conditions.
• Comfortable engaging in nature, getting dirty and being with and/or near all types of animals (insects, reptiles, small mammals, birds, etc.).
• Provide a safe, stimulating, developmentally appropriate learning environment for children 3-5 years of age and to give children the opportunity to develop social-emotional, language, intellectual and physical skills.
