Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Materials Science or Metallurgy
• P.Eng designation
• Expertise in optical and electron microscopy
• Experience conducting failure analysis
• Strong understanding of metallurgical analytical methods
• Experience interpreting steel microstructures; familiarity with powder metallurgy is an asset
• Interest in mechanical properties, microstructure-property relationships, and materials performance
• Experience with Power BI or AI tools is an asset
