Job Description
We are seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our global team. The successful candidate will lead HRIS meetings, document minutes, and drive cross-departmental collaboration. They will also execute testing, collect feedback, and drive system improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or HR-related fields
- 2+ years of experience in HR system projects
- Manufacturing/HRIS implementation experience preferred
- Proficient in HR processes
- Advanced Office user
- Power BI/Automate/App and AI HR application experience preferred
- Good English reading/writing
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project management abilities
