Requirements

• Electrical / Electrical‐Electronic trade certification.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, speed controls, CNC controls, and automation equipment.
• Experience with powder metal presses, grinding, and sintering equipment is ideal.
• Self‐motivated, independent problem solver.
