Responsible for daily maintenance and management of thermal spraying device, preparing metallographic samples, conducting microscopic observations, and executing processes such as sandblasting and spraying. Assists in disassembly, cleaning, replacement, and basic maintenance of key components, ensuring optimal device performance and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
• Relevant experience in thermal spraying, such as APS and HVOF
• Ability to proficiently complete sandblasting, shielding, spraying, and post-spraying disassembly tasks, and personally prepare metallographic samples for preliminary microscopic observations and analysis
• Familiarity with disassembly, cleaning, replacement, and basic maintenance of key components such as guns and powder feeders to ensure stable device operation
• Strong safety awareness and ability to strictly adhere to safety production protocols
