Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our plant's quality function and ensure excellence across products, processes, and customer interactions. In this role, you will safeguard full conformity to customer and internal standards, drive robust problemāsolving and continuous improvement, and act as the primary interface for all customer quality topics.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with solid leadership background in industrial Quality
- Proven management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong command of IATF 16949 / ISO standards and automotive quality methods
- Fluent English and French (B2), German is a strong advantage
