Senior Design Engineer

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead the technical development of Integrated Thermal Management Systems modules, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive best-in-class engineering solutions. Your expertise will be central to delivering robust, cost-optimized products that exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive field
• Solid understanding of design and engineering procedures, including technical knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies in plastic and metal processing, as well as hydraulics
• Experience with modern 3D engineering tools and CFD software, preferably Unigraphics NX
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an independent, systematic working approach
• Excellent communication skills, with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a structured workflow under demanding conditions
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel within and outside of Europe
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of either German or French
