We are seeking a highly experienced Hardware Team Lead to join our motor development team, responsible for driving innovation and execution of electromechanical hardware circuit design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in circuit design
• Proficient in digital and analog circuit design
• Familiar with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and other quality management tools
• Excellent English skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration spirit
