Job Description
We're looking for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to collaborate with IT, Product teams, Sales, and Operations to provide valuable business insights. The role involves creating and maintaining customer-facing pricing documents, building margin models, and identifying pricing anomalies to protect profitability and support strategic growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, Analytics, or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of analytical and pricing experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Clear problem solving and investigative skills
- Demonstrated track record of producing error-free financial or pricing documentation
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong system skills – experience with SAP, BW, Microsoft CRM, and Adaptive Insights preferred
- Confidential, understands the ethical standards of accounting
- Highly proactive self-starter who identifies issues and opportunities without being prompted
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and asking questions to protect margin integrity
