Job Description
As a Product Owner at Johnson Health Tech, you will partner across global teams to design, build, and deliver the next generation of fitness products, maximizing product value and owning the team backlog within an Agile framework.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 4-year degree in computer science, information systems or business OR equivalent experience.
- 3 + years of experience in a Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of backlog management, story writing, and sprint ceremonies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
