RN Float - WEO Nights

This RN Float position provides direct and indirect patient care within a hospital setting. RNs are responsible for conducting assessments, providing treatment in all departments, and assisting with procedures. They must adhere to clinical policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments.
• Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain.
• Ability to revise care plan as needed.
• Waiver of testing.
• Interpretation of test results.
• Patient care responsibilities considering patient's age.
