As Vice President of Global Planning & Analytics, you'll connect big-picture strategy with everyday execution and lead the charge to implement Class A Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Requirements

• Act as the ‘Single Source of Truth’ aligning Sales, Operations, and Finance under a unified One-Johnsonville Plan
• Advance beyond basic S&OP into Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Chair the Strategic Business Review, presenting high-stakes trade-offs and ‘What-If’ scenarios to Johnsonville’s Executive Leadership
