Regional Distribution Center Manager

We're looking for a Regional Distribution Center Manager to manage store operations to meet goals and objectives for store sales, profitability, and customer experience in the local market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse or operations management with strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, Fire, MSDS) and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both with team members and customers
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Basic financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and inventory control
