Tuner

We are currently recruiting an experienced Tuner to join our busy Weaving department, reporting to the Team Leader - Weaving. The role involves setting up weaving machinery, maintaining and repairing machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Loom Tuner, good communication skills, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Requirements

• Set up weaving machinery according to work tickets and product specifications
• Maintain and repair machinery, addressing any malfunctions promptly
• Ensure products meet required quality standards
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail while achieving required production output
• Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting
• Support the production plan by keeping machines running efficiently
