Growth & User Acquisition Lead (Game)

We're looking for a Growth & User Acquisition Lead to own the entire marketing and growth journey of our product, from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing for mobile apps or games
• Proven experience owning strategy, not just execution
• Strong understanding of full-funnel growth (UA, store conversion, retention, monetization)
• Comfortable working with both campaign data and in-game analytics
• Experience collaborating with creative, product, and analytics teams
