Physical Therapy Front Office Associate

Joint Implant Surgeons of FL is seeking a Physical Therapy Front Office Associate to handle daily patient flow and billing in our Fort Myers location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have basic knowledge of medical terminology and office equipment.

Requirements

• Fantastic customer service skills (Medical Office or Therapy experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal & written communications kills
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and a computer
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT Codes (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity of commercial insurances, private carriers, HMO's and Medicare (preferred but not required)
