Job Description
JIMM is seeking a Field Patient Service Representative (PSR) to deliver, fit, and instruct patients on orthopedic DME equipment, contributing to orthopedic recovery. This is an opportunity for autonomy, flexible scheduling, and career development within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and gaining hands-on experience in patient education.
Requirements
- Proficient in basic software (Outlook, email, calendar apps)
- Able to use a tablet and smartphone efficiently
- DME, patient care, or rehab-related experience is a plus
- Background in sports medicine, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, or athletic training is highly valued
- Must be organized, communicative, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance with at least 2x state minimum liability coverage
