Agentic Systems Engineer

Role Overview

Kantiv is looking for an engineer with 2–4 years of experience to help build the next generation of agentic applications that streamline proposal writing for the AEC industry. The role involves building agents as modular, plug-and-play components, adding memory layers, and wiring up tool integrations.

What You Will Do

Build agents, add memory layers, wire up tool integrations, own quality of features, and dig into production traces to understand system behavior.
