AI Agent Engineer

We're building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility and we're looking for an AI Agent Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and build production AI agents across our brands, starting with the highest-leverage workflows in counseling, admissions outreach, and operational triage.

Requirements

• Spent the better part of your career building software that runs in production
• Have shipped something agentic
• Have working views on which model providers to use for what, which orchestration patterns hold up under real load, where the abstractions in popular agent frameworks leak, and how to evaluate something that doesn't have a single correct answer
• Write production-quality Python
• Are comfortable with the surrounding stack: vector stores, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, observability tooling
