Data Engineer

We are a tech company that helps consumers shop smarter. We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and help us build a scalable data platform that can power our future growth, new markets, and AI-driven features. As our first Data Engineer, you will take ownership of building and scaling our data infrastructure, working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Demonstrated ownership over building and/or scaling data infrastructure
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Solid hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow or similar), cloud environments (Snowflake, GCP, AWS)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing principles, and performance optimization techniques
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Pragmatic, curious, and proactive
