Job Description
District Manager (m/f/d) positions available in Berlin and Stuttgart, with a focus on coaching and leadership qualities. Candidates with a background in retail food industry are excluded, and experience in multisite management and disciplinary leadership is required.
Requirements
- Proven disciplinary leadership experience
- Experience with multisite management and economic control (budget and KPIs)
- Very good coaching and training experience (e.g. Onboarding, Performance Feedback)
- Strong people management mindset - employees coach, promote, and bind long-term
- Communication strength, decision-making ability, organizational skill
- Interest in people and team development; joy in the role as a mentor
