Job Description
Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Jones Petroleum is seeking a Dealership Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerks to manage invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments. The role involves accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a temporary position subject to an 90 day introductory period.
Requirements
- Receive, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Compare internal records with vendor statements.
- Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Generate and review reports.
- Maintain and update vendor information.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
