Payment Poster

Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) is seeking a Payment Poster to post payments, adjustments, and denials from payer's explanations of benefits (EOBs) to the practice management system. This role involves recording refunds and tracking trends from payers to ensure accurate record retention and payees. The Payment Poster will also work closely with the Executive Director and Management Team to identify needs and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Process and confirm bank deposits to source documents.
• Post daily deposits into practice management system.
• Responsible for effective and efficient record retention of financial documents.
• Evaluates EOB’s for the need for an appeal or research.
• Processes and post patient and insurance refunds.
• Retrieves missing payment information from payers.
• Must post payments within 2 business days of receipt.
• Submit a resume and cover letter via Career Portal.
