The Wound Care Nurse (LPN) - PACE provides direct and indirect nursing care to assigned participants in a PACE center and in their homes, with a focus on wound care for participants with skin integrity issues.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN license in good standing to practice in the required state.
- Minimum 3 years LPN clinical experience with either have one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, in the absence of such experience, to receive appropriate training from the Jordan Valley Senior Care on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
- Minimum 1-year wound care experience.
- Current BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
