Job Description
José Andrés restaurants are seeking Dishwashers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas. Responsibilities include dish washing, cleaning machinery, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation codes. Competitive benefits and career advancement opportunities are offered.
Requirements
- Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
- Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of dish room and dish machine.
- Operates dish machines and pot sinks to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Sweeps and mops floor.
- Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
- Utilizes safe and sanitary procedures.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by a Chef, Management or Sous Chef.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and bending.
