José Andrés restaurants are seeking a Host to provide exceptional guest service and contribute to the overall success of the brand. The role involves managing the dining room, handling seating, managing the waitlist, and ensuring a positive guest experience through attentive service, communication, and table setting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Problem solving and self-motivation.
• Organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility.
• Must be able to write, grasp, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability.
