Site Engineer (Shafts/Microtunnelling)

The Joseph Gallagher Group is recruiting for Site Engineers to join their civil engineering team working nationwide. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of civils works, including micro-tunneling, shaft sinking, and groundworks. As a Site Engineer, the individual will be responsible for setting out detailed works, ensuring quality control requirements are met, and operating with a high standard of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Shaft or Micro tunnelling experience
• Strong surveying capabilities
• Proven track record of setting out on civil engineering projects
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, Health & Safety and legal regulations
• Valid CSCS card
• Flexibility to travel nationwide
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proven troubleshooting skills
