Joseph Ribkoff designs classic and contemporary clothing for fashion-forward women with a youthful spirit. We are looking for a CRM leader who optimizes for results, not just execution. The role focuses on presenting products daily, organizing them, and merchandising on the B2B e-commerce site, with a focus on executing and supporting the experience for retailers.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in web merchandising or ecommerce operations
• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital business, project management, or related field
• Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms (Optimizely, Shopify, or equivalent)
• High attention to detail and rigor in execution
• Ease in working with product performance data
• Basic to intermediate Excel mastery (filters, sorting, basic formulas such as SUM, IF, SEARCH/VLOOKUP) and ability to work with exports and product comparisons
• Ability to transform data into concrete merchandising actions on the site
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
