The company is looking for a Paid Media & Performance Specialist to supervise and coordinate all paid media activities through the entire marketing funnel, conversion-focused campaigns, and initiatives of awareness and brand.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital growth
• Bachelor's degree in electronic commerce, digital business, project management or related field
• Experience in managing international paid media programs
• Good understanding of performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue)
• Experience in managing multi-country or regional media agencies
• Ability to analyze, interpret and challenge performance data across different markets
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
