Accounting Clerk

The Administrative Clerk supports the organization's reporting & finance operations by performing a variety of clerical, reporting and accounting tasks with a strong focus on data entry, month end reports and metrics around improving organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in AP or accounting, or with accounting software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Intermediate or Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong data-entry and accuracy skills, and ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of patient and employee confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations.
