Deckhand | Cruise Whitsundays

We are seeking experienced Deckhands to join our team on a casual basis to create memorable guest experiences through exceptional guest service delivery and vessel operations. As a Deckhand, you will be responsible for preparing vessels for transportation, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, and conducting in-water rescue and lookout duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marine Operations
• Demonstrated deck skills and a strong understanding of marine and tourism environments
• Intermediate to advanced swimming skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Marine safety and compliance certification
• Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
• First aid and CPR certification
