Requirements
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Trade, mechanical, maintenance, or general repair experience
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Chainsaw licence (essential)
- Heavy Rigid licence (highly regarded)
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read manuals and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
