We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Drysdale River Station for the 2026 touring season. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across multiple service areas – including tour guests, staff, and our public bar and bistro.
