Job Description
Join Outback Spirit Tours as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Party, Cook, or Kitchen Attendant and work in some of Australia's most breathtaking locations. You'll create dishes that guests remember long after their journey ends, while living onsite for the season (typically 5-10 months).
Requirements
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Experience in remote or high-end hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety
- Remote First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude, resilience, and love for the outdoors
