Job Description
The Kids Director will provide vision and leadership for Journey Kids, overseeing multi-campus kids ministry operations, recruiting and training volunteer teams, and developing campus kids leaders. They will create excellent and engaging kids experiences, develop discipleship pathways, and maintain safe and secure environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ministry or church vocational work
- Experience in a multisite church
- Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
- Organized; flexible; able to multitask
- Exemplary oral and written skills
