Job Description
Journey Clinical is seeking a Connecticut (CT) Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to conduct patient intake, follow up consultations, and prescribe ketamine-assisted psychotherapy via telemedicine, while collaborating with a team of industry leading experts to advance the mainstream adoption of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and make a positive impact on the lives of 100M+ people who are suffering from depression and anxiety in the US today!
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in Connecticut
- 1 year psych experience as a PMHNP (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year psych related experience + post boards
- DEA registration
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate
- Comfortable prescribing for anxiety and depression
- Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information about the patient to formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
- Patient-first mindset, deep work ethic and dedication to the highest level of patient care
- Willingsness to use a few simple tools to make your life easier (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, etc.)
- Comfortable working remotely in a Telehealth fast-paced startup environment
- Interest for the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
