Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Specialist to help individuals with activities of daily living, transportation, and other support services in our group homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, empathetic, and caring, with experience in behavioral management and formal training in areas such as person-centered planning and medication administration. Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- 3 years driving experience with a valid driver’s license
- Behavioral Management Experience and/or formal training
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing
- PMT, CPR, FA, and DDS Medication Administration Program (MAP) certifications
- Must be free from communicable disease
