Job Description
Provides support services to individuals in a community-based program, promoting self-determination and independence through culturally competent programs and activities of daily living.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
- Behavioral Management Experience and/or formal training
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing
- PMT, CPR, FA, and DDS Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
