Job Description
The Program Manager ensures the quality of Journey Found programs by coordinating daily activities and programs for individuals with disabilities, adhering to Journey Found policies and procedures. The role involves direct care work, therapeutic support, scheduling, communication, financial responsibilities, and more.
Requirements
- Computer literacy with skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Two years of experience in the Human Services Field
- Behavioral Management Experience and/or formal training
- BA/BS in Human Services, ABA, or related field of study preferred
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing
- Must be free from communicable disease
- Must have at least 3 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
