We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to ensure our internal organization runs smoothly and that people feel welcome, involved, and valued. You will combine HR administration with organizing events and maintaining our workspace and culture.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a degree in HRM
- At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable role
- Available for 24 to 32 hours per week
- Digitally skilled: you work easily with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HR systems such as Recruitee and Nmbrs
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (oral and written)
- Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and hands-on
