Performance Marketing Specialist - Affiliate

As a Performance Marketing Specialist for Affiliates, you are responsible for further growth and professionalization of our affiliate channel. This channel already generates tens of thousands of leads per month and has significant scalability potential. You work closely with the performance marketing team and receive a lot of freedom to shape strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• HBO or WO education level
• 24-hour availability
• At least 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or demonstrable experience with online marketing and commercial partnerships
• Strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Analytical and able to translate data into concrete optimizations
• Structured and able to keep track of multiple campaigns at the same time
• Fluent English and Dutch is a plus
