• New customer processing and market mapping of Skaraborg
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships within industry and logistics
• Advertising, selection and interviews
• Recruitment, employment and onboarding of consultants
• Personal administration
• Coaching and personal responsibility for consultants on assignments
• Travel to customers and consultants
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English
• Driver's license
