Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in complex projects, preferably in financial services, to join our team in the Czech Republic or Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation initiatives, a deep understanding of the insurance environment, and experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.
Requirements
- 4+ years as Business Analyst on complex projects
- Strong background in transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of insurance environment (strong advantage)
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to write high-quality requirements in English
