Job Description
We are looking for a skilled D365 Finance Consultant to support finance transformation and ERP optimization projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role combines finance process consulting, ERP implementation, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration within international client environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance module focus)
- Hands-on experience in ERP finance consulting: GL, cost accounting, reporting, closing, and controlling processes
- Experience with Power BI and financial reporting automation
- Knowledge of payroll and HR processes, ideally with SwissSalary
- Understanding of financial controlling: margins, cost allocation, profitability, and monthly closing
- Experience in ERP implementation, rollout, or support projects
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of the Swiss financial system is required
- Residence in Switzerland or a neighboring country (for client site travel)
- Ability to work independently in client-facing, project-based environments
