Manager, Supplier Quality Management Series Production

The Supplier Quality Serial Production Manager is responsible for supporting supplier quality performance during serial production. This regional role ensures stable, capable, and compliant supplier processes that consistently meet quality targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Operations
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
• Strong experience supporting serial production in automotive or regulated manufacturing
• Strong supplier-facing communication and escalation skills
• 8D and structured problem-solving methodologies
