Requirements
- Education: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement areas.
- Languages: English (preferable).
- Knowledge and Skills: AS-400 system management. AutoCAD usage. Interpretation of plans, technical drawings, and layouts. Knowledge of Control Plan and flowcharts. Experience in time studies and movement analysis. Line balancing and lean manufacturing methodologies. Implementation of tools like PDCA and Poka-Yoke. Planning and execution of internal audits (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001). Management of manual, mechanical, and electrical tools. Leadership, decision-making, and analytical thinking. Communication and results-oriented skills.
