Job Description
Joyteractive is seeking an experienced Lead Unity Developer to oversee Unity development across all studio projects. The role involves managing the development team, building technical processes, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring technical quality and iteration speed. The team is focused on mobile puzzle games, with a current #3 position in iOS/Android word games.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity.
- Strong background in C#, solid knowledge of architectural patterns, and ability to design sustainable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in performance optimization and integrating SDKs.
- Experience in managing priorities and task planning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Will be a plus: 1+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
