Job Description
JPC Partners is looking for a Lead.NET Developer to architect and code resilient, multi-tier applications, optimize performance of existing services, and develop rigorous engineering disciplines and clean architecture.
Requirements
- Lead the triage and response to client requests for new features, workflows, or data services, ensuring alignment with existing system architecture.
- Analyze, document, and maintain a deep understanding of SSIS packages, SSRS reports,.NET applications, and SQL Server stored procedures critical to daily business operations.
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of all legacy codebases and data processes, promptly diagnosing and resolving production issues as they arise.
- Design and implement enhancements or new components in.NET and SQL Server, integrating seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business users to clarify technical constraints and deliver solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Track and manage technical debt within the system, proposing plans that balance risk and business value.
- Contribute to and enhance internal standards for documentation, deployment procedures, and system monitoring to ensure long-term sustainability of the application environment.
