Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across JP Cullen's corporate and project teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and continuously strengthen our employer brand.

What You Will Do

Facilitate full-cycle recruiting, develop and execute sourcing strategies, track and report sourcing activity, and partner with hiring managers to position JP Cullen as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related degree
• 4 years sourcing and recruiting experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, Indeed, etc.)
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
