The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across JP Cullen's corporate and project teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and continuously strengthen our employer brand.
Facilitate full-cycle recruiting, develop and execute sourcing strategies, track and report sourcing activity, and partner with hiring managers to position JP Cullen as an employer of choice.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with a strong sourcing background who thrives on building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
